Breach of Contract

Give to everyone what you owe them…”

–Romans 13:7

Many employment and business disputes involve disagreements about the terms of oral or written contracts. Contracts are sometimes formed through documents or oral representations that you may not think of as a contract. For example, you may be working pursuant to an informal offer letter or employee handbook that gives you rights to certain wages, terms of employment and/or benefits. Your employer may have unlawfully failed to provide you with the wages or benefits you were entitled to receive and/or unlawfully terminated or changed their agreement with you. If you think that you have a breach of contract claim, please contact us.
