Executives come to The McCabe Law Firm to assist them in the negotiation of employment and severance agreements. In many cases, the executive’s company will pay for their attorney’s fee so that the executive can have independent representation. Executives value the background and experience that many years in big law provides in understanding the appropriate tone of executive negotiations, but with a focus on the legal issues and concerns of employees that a plaintiff’s oriented practice provides.
