Morgan Bradford

Morgan Bradford is an associate attorney at The McCabe Law Firm, LLC, where she represents individuals and businesses in employment law matters, with additional experience in whistleblower and False Claims Act litigation. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, her practice reflects a combination of litigation experience, academic research, and a longstanding interest in issues affecting communities and workplace fairness.

Ms. Bradford was raised in the Florida panhandle, where she witnessed the far-reaching impact of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill on both the environment and the surrounding communities. Observing the disaster’s consequences, as well as the challenges faced by those seeking accountability, played a formative role in her decision to pursue a career in law. These early experiences fostered an interest in advocacy and in supporting individuals navigating complex legal systems.

Ms. Bradford completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida, earning a bachelor’s degree in Biology. During this time, she was involved in academic and extracurricular activities, including serving as a student researcher, a biology and writing tutor, and a member of the Eureka Society Marketing Board. Her academic path then brought her to Atlanta, where she attended the Emory University School of Law. She graduated with honors and was actively engaged in legal research and practical training throughout her studies.

While in law school, Ms. Bradford worked extensively as a law clerk during her second and third years, gaining hands-on experience alongside her academic commitments. She also contributed to research on a range of legal and policy-related topics during her studies.

These experiences strengthened her analytical skills and broadened her understanding of how legal frameworks intersect with public policy and global issues.

Following her graduation, Ms. Bradford joined The Bothwell Law Group, where she worked as an associate attorney focusing on qui tam and False Claims Act matters. In this role, she represented whistleblowers, also known as relators, in litigation involving allegations of fraud against the government. Her work contributed to several multi-million-dollar recoveries, providing her with direct experience in complex, high-stakes cases that require careful investigation, detailed legal analysis, and strategic case development.

Ms. Bradford now brings this experience to her role at The McCabe Law Firm, where she advises and represents clients across a broader range of employment law matters. As an employment attorney in Atlanta, she works with both employees and employers, assisting with workplace disputes and legal concerns that arise in professional settings. Her background in whistleblower litigation continues to inform her approach, particularly in matters involving reporting, compliance, and accountability.

Her approach to legal practice is grounded in clear communication and attentiveness to each client’s situation. Morgan places importance on ensuring that clients feel heard and understood throughout the legal process, recognising that employment-related matters often involve both professional and personal considerations. She works to provide guidance that is structured, practical, and responsive to the needs of those she represents.

Ms. Bradford is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and continues to build her practice through ongoing legal work and professional development. In addition to her legal career, she has participated in various volunteer initiatives, including work with animal welfare organisations and therapy programs. Notably, she volunteered with the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando, and the Little Creek Farm Conservancy.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Ms. Bradford enjoys a range of personal interests, including gardening, crocheting, fishkeeping, and reading. These activities reflect her appreciation for both creativity and routine, offering balance alongside her legal work.
